ISSUE: I notice that no-card games are becoming scant. The incentive to play these games might be low due to the length of these games, combined with the same point pay-off you could get in a much quicker (and more exciting?) game such as escalating, speed, etc.
BRAINSTORM: If the no-card game counts continue to lag, what about providing a point incentive to these games, particularly if they run over 50/100/200, etc rounds - which can happen fairly easily.

Try searching for AOR and Feudal War games. These are typically played with no cards, especially by the better players at those maps.
