Hi, just finished a good game;
10958
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on a situation I found myself in.
4 cards, holding south america. 3 cards = 25 armies.
Here's the board. Was there anything I could've done to try win? Philbert went on to win the game, when he cashed his cards, then eliminated blue, then me.
thanks

it does not look like there was much =-= turning in the set would have not have been enuf to take out blue with the way the dice roll especially with the one in yakutsk =-=could have made a small run across the board to australia cutting up his continient bonus and then hope he had a lot of bad rolls but would only have slowed him down

why did he take blue first? That seems like a odd move to me....

I would've tried to get into Africa. It would take away his continent bonus for at least a turn. Of course, that all depends on the dice too.

Cheers for the replies.
SMITH197 - He didn't take me first because I cashed in my cards so had about 40 armies around the place and no cards to be of any use to him.
Aladriel, yea, that's the move I played.
I think as wacicha it was probably lost at that point. Holding that 1 blue in Asia was a clever tactic.
