2013-04-17 19:52:58 - AslanTheKing: i know#
2013-04-17 19:53:12 - AslanTheKing: if i attack your 5 next round, i will lose all my troops
2013-04-17 19:53:30 - AslanTheKing: so i want attack them
2013-04-17 19:54:49 - AslanTheKing: i had 17, u had 12, than u started +3 = 15 troops
2013-04-17 19:55:24 - AslanTheKing: so me, 17 vs 15 u started, now i have 12, u have 13 troops, i have 4 regions, u have 8 regions
2013-04-17 19:55:25 - AslanTheKing: gg
2013-04-17 19:57:38 - AslanTheKing: see
2013-04-17 19:57:56 - General Roy: This is going so much back and forth that I still feel it is totally open. I have had 2 rounds with nice dice, but that could turn around very fast.
2013-04-17 19:57:56 - AslanTheKing: now i have 4 troops left, u have 12 troops
2013-04-17 19:58:22 - General Roy: After all, most of my areas are 1 troop areas too - easy picking.
2013-04-17 19:58:34 - AslanTheKing: so u had 12 troops +3 = 15 attacking troops vs my 12 troops
2013-04-17 19:58:47 - General Roy: But Australia does help me a lot - makes me more difficult in the end.
2013-04-17 19:58:59 - AslanTheKing: so i lost 8 troops, you lost out of your 15 troops , 3 troops
2013-04-17 19:59:13 - AslanTheKing: how fair is that? and thats why i will quit cc
2013-04-17 19:59:21 - General Roy: I agree, though, that the probabilities are on my side at the moment.
2013-04-17 20:00:00 - AslanTheKing: im not upset, i dont care if i lose
2013-04-17 20:00:09 - General Roy: I have experienced losing 10 troops when attacking a 1 troop area. The probability for that is very, very small.
2013-04-17 20:00:20 - AslanTheKing: its just, with this dice u cant succeed, i have to fight 10 times harder to win a game
2013-04-17 20:00:34 - AslanTheKing: the secret of the big guys is, never play 1vs1
2013-04-17 20:00:51 - General Roy: But my experience is that the dice are quite fair in the long run - but then, that's in the long run.
2013-04-17 20:01:46 - General Roy: Actually I've found some strategy that does work fairly nicely - spread the troops on as many 3 troop areas. That could give you an edge over a weaker player.
2013-04-17 20:02:02 - AslanTheKing: exactly my point, if they would be random, they wouldnt be fair, but here i can see it what will happen
2013-04-17 20:02:36 - General Roy: Why is randomness not fair?
2013-04-17 20:02:50 - AslanTheKing: talking about random, random u cant balance the dice, they come as they come
2013-04-17 20:02:55 - General Roy: I would rather have thought fairness means the dice are random.
2013-04-17 20:02:56 - AslanTheKing: but here on cc, they even out
2013-04-17 20:03:15 - AslanTheKing: so be aware if u have good dice , it will change to the worst
2013-04-17 20:03:24 - AslanTheKing: and its always the same, after 1000 games i can tell
2013-04-17 20:03:52 - General Roy: Well, randomness means 4v2 will win more often than lose.
2013-04-17 20:04:50 - AslanTheKing: no, fairness is if all get shit dice the same way, not one guy good dice 3 rounds, then the dicesystem has to "even " them out, and then most bizzare dice are happening
2013-04-17 20:04:53 - General Roy: The odds for you taking my stack now is 31%
2013-04-17 20:04:58 - General Roy: I.e. 1 in 3
2013-04-17 20:05:24 - General Roy: Anyway, it's late, so wish you a good night.
2013-04-17 20:05:29 - AslanTheKing: even 6 vs 1 i fail on cc, thats not random anymore, they are programmed, and i said that since i joined 2 years ago
2013-04-17 20:06:51 - AslanTheKing: now i have 5 troops, you have 18 troops, 7 vs mine 3
2013-04-17 20:10:36 - AslanTheKing: then when i have 1 troops and 1 region left, you will have crap dice, but in the longrun its gameover for me
2013-04-17 20:10:42 - AslanTheKing: and what did i do wrong?
2013-04-17 20:11:00 - AslanTheKing: i put my self strategic in a good position, i didnt play dumb and attack brainless
2013-04-17 20:11:32 - AslanTheKing: i got screwed by the cc dice, out of 10 games , i loose 9 like that
2013-04-17 20:12:20 - AslanTheKing: my lesson, get rid of premium, and play as freemium, just for fun , get me a new name kiron2
2013-04-18 05:04:57 - General Roy: not yet over, but it looks bad for you, of course
2013-04-18 05:06:18 - General Roy: Anyway, having streaks of good or bad dice, does not disproove randomness, but is the result of it.
2013-04-18 05:06:53 - General Roy: Otherwise it would not have been random.
2013-04-18 08:41:10 - AslanTheKing: youre the mathematician, my point is that it is no coincidence, i was leading , u had no chance
2013-04-18 08:41:37 - AslanTheKing: but then u turned the game with unrealistic unreal diceluck, so the logic diappears
2013-04-18 08:42:14 - AslanTheKing: it becomes a luck game, and it shouldnt be , it doesnt matter in this game, im playing in the losersround already
2013-04-18 12:15:53 - General Roy: Probabilities means there is a chance that the one below still can win, although most of the time the one above would win.
2013-04-18 12:16:57 - General Roy: What you are saying, is that if we used real dice, then this would not happen.
2013-04-18 12:17:21 - General Roy: That is in actual fact not true. You will at times experience exactly the same with real dice.
2013-04-18 12:17:39 - General Roy: All die games have an element of pure luck.
