I'm going to be gone for a couple weeks, so I'll hopefully get some new tournaments out in the beginning of July, including the next Amazing Race tournament.

Nope, still 2 rounds left. 1 game is still active, so I'll try to get everybody else in their Round 7 games tonight, then Arcee will take care of the next team once the game is finished. I'll be back by July 1st, and the next round may actually be done by then as well.
The United States Senate is the upper house of the bicameral United States Congress. The Senate met in the “Old Chamber” from 1810 until 1859. During this time period, the Senate grew from a small advisory council to the primary forum for national debates. The Senate moved into its current chamber when the north wing of the Capitol was completed in 1859.
In 1819, the Senate ordered 48 new desks from New York cabinetmaker Thomas Constantine to replace those burned by the British during the War of 1812. All the original "Constantine" desks remain in use in the Senate chamber today. As new states entered the Union, additional desks of similar design were built by other cabinetmakers. The Senate Chamber is also adorned with white marble busts of the former Presidents of the Senate (Vice Presidents).
The four Media Galleries provide journalists with working space and notices of coming events, and they facilitate press conferences. To observe the Senate’s proceedings, members of the media go to the Press Gallery.
You have finally made it to the nation's capital. This is the next to last stage, so only half of you will be advancing. On the Conquer Club map, the U.S. Senate is a standard map that plays like a big one. Standard singles games can easily become long and tedious build games (ironically, much like the real Senate). Managing your party through these halls could take some good communication.

This leaves us with the following 3 finalists: Isodice / Superkarn flavanoid / eats Natelya / General Franco
These finalist will begin the final set of games soon where the first team to 2 wins will be the Tournament Champions. The winners will get an automatic berth into Amazing Race: The World when it is run along with a yet to be determined starting bonus. All three finalists will receive a reserved place in the next Amazing Race installment and may receive a slight bonus.
Congratulations to each of you for making it to the final leg of the race. You have traveled all across the countryside visiting some of the best sites of the United States. This leg will remind you of the country as a whole.
The United States of America is a constitutional federal republic comprising fifty states and a federal district, as well as several territories, or insular areas, scattered around the Caribbean and Pacific. The country is situated mostly in central North America, where its forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, D.C., the capital district, lie between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, bordered by Canada to the north and Mexico to the south. The state of Alaska is in the northwest of the continent, with Canada to its east and Russia to the west across the Bering Strait, and the state of Hawaii is an archipelago in the mid-Pacific.
At 3.79 million square miles (9.83 million km²) and with more than 300 million people, the United States is the third or fourth largest country by total area, and third largest by land area and by population. The United States is one of the world's most ethnically diverse nations, the product of large-scale immigration from many countries. The U.S. economy is the largest national economy in the world, with a nominal 2006 gross domestic product (GDP) of more than US $13 trillion (over 19% of the world total based on purchasing power parity).
The Conquer Club USA map is a standard map with most of the continental states represented. It’s similar in bonus structure and layout as the Classic map and was one of the first five maps on the site. For this leg, the cumulative scoring from the previous rounds is tossed aside. The final leg is always a mad dash to the finish, so the first team to win 2 games will be declared the tournament winners. Good luck and thanks for a great season.
