JR boggles the mind on this one. I always thought special contribution would be the hardest for him to secure. But hey, Obama just got the Nobel Peace prize so why not!

moz was one of the original modsquad. Tr0y created the predecessor to BOB and was the main add on programmer before yeti and chip. ed has done some cartography, but I'm not sure what the special contribution was.

And JR, is of course, Lord of the Medals (Tolkien's lost book).

EDIT: In reality, JR probably got the medal for maintaining CC's all time top scores, or other similar lists. But if that's so then I think Robinette and Blitz also deserve future medals!

2.5 years of keeping track of CC's high scores. Lackattacks PM stated " overall activity on CC " I believe it said. Im thinking besides all the medals won and games played and won, It also includes other things as busting mulits and hosting tournies and being active on the forums and leaving feedback for players.....again making it an overall effort. he can explain his reasoning if he likes.

when i first started on cc, it was people like you that made me think about quitting. it is just like you to not mention blitz's name at all when receiving that medal. your response should be one of humbleness. but you dont know what the f*ck that is do you?

That was MY IDEA, MY Thread, I created that, then passed it to robinette and JR to manage as I was keeping so many other stats and records. I can dig up the old archives or they can just tell you.
