We're running a tad bit late this week. Lokisgal is in a state of emergency where she lives and I was at the hospital all weekend and have a busy week this week. Everyone will have all their games by Friday at the latest. Sorry for the delay. Hopefully I'll be able to get Div A and B out tomorrow

You're a reserve so you weren't in the original. You'll be on it once the brackets are updated but like I said things have been very hectic for both Lokisgal and I so we're doing our best at the moment

As said various other times there have been some real life complications for both Lokisgal and I. This week is the only one that should be off schedule and all divisions will have their games today. Div A already has theirs and the rest will come soon enough.

The luck game for this series will be announced Thursday and Games for Division A and B will be held back until Wednesday with Division C to keep from overloading them with games since they didn't get them at the normal time this week. After that we'll be back on the original schedule bearing any other unforeseen circumstances.

Here are my explanations of each part I've color coded it and everything. Hopefully this is understandable.

After that we'll be back on the original schedule bearing any other unforeseen circumstances.

-I had originally planned on using the same password to save me coding hassles but the games were made with a different password this round so I had to recode everything I had coded before. By coding I mean the nifty little autojoin links that are an extra hassle for me to make but provide some extra ease for you guys because you don't have to type in the password for each game.

-Hopefully self explanatory but all divisions will have their games by the end of the night.

-As stated earlier in the thread the luck games for a series would be announced every Sunday before the next series started. Since the games aren't making it out until Sunday announcing the luck game Sunday too wouldn't make sense so it will be announced Thursday for this week of games and go back to Sunday for weeks following.

-I don't think it would be fair to send 10 games to a player and then another 10 the next day or even the day after. 3 days may even be pushing it and I may send them all on Thursday. Either way since the scheduled got messed up this week it will also be slightly altered next week to keep from overloading players with games. It's planned to do A,B, and C on Wednesday and D on Thursday but it's possible I'll do all 4 Wednesday. We'll see.

-Finally, I hope to not be stuck in the hospital anymore for the course of the tournament and hopefully Lokisgal isn't put into a state of emergency. If one of us is hopefully both of us aren't like what happened this week so things can get done. As long as nothing else crazy happens in rl we'll remain on the preplanned schedule for the remainder of the tournament.

I hope this clears up any questions. I'm currently working on coding all the games to send them out. Enjoy everyone.

At the end of all the rounds of playing everyone in our division... what next?
I'm assuming some type of playoff format. And what if there is a tie between players after the preliminary rounds? What are the tie-breakers?

You didn't miss it we forgot to post it.
Sorry about that.
The playoff format is the top 4 with the highest score in each division will move to the championship bracket of 16 players again. The same thing will happen in the championship bracket as in the original brackets until everyone has again played everyone. At that point the person with the highest score will be the champion of the tournament. In the event of a tie head to head records will be looked at first taking into account majority wins then luck wins. If the tie can't be broken by that criteria due to multiple ties then playoff games will be created. Hopefully there won't be ties due to the different ways of scoring.

Also, the brackets will be updated tomorrow so everyone will be able to see how they're doing in their division.
