It further is not based on the game I played with them, since it was biased by the accusation itself. Im not suggesting him hitting me was cheating. He was free to suicide, for either retaliation of my accusation of cheating in the game, or my rather meaningless attacks. I didnt make it because I had lost. I made it because I could see both of them lining up on me and ignoring each other on turn one, I checked their games, and saw similar behavior in many others. Well, I myself won like 19 or 20 something in a row on playing 3 player, classic games; its a matter of playing with your mouth to get others to do your dirty work for you; this is what wins games on these settings. (I believe TDANS said the same thing) Seven is a mediocre player and do I believe he cheats? no i don't, however, with that said; Fitz is a very good player who like we all do, gets mad at times at absurd attacks and strategy by others. I also believe Fitz is very thorough in that he did research on Seven and came up with what he believes was suspicious activity by Seven, which warrants it getting looked into. The mods with clear him if they find this complaint frivolous. Why this isn't locked pending the investigation is beyond me.

It does indeed. It shows me accusing them of cheating after I looked up their records together because it was obvious they were going to snuff me out on turn one.

I even told them about the thread, well before the game was over, nearly sealing my fate in the game. Granted, since it was obvious they were going to work together and never give me a chance, this wasnt a concern.

Again, the point is, the thread was made before I attacked, and that this thread was made before I did attack, or he attacked back. It was made many turns before the end of the game. My game had nothing to do with the accusation, except that I immediately saw suspicious play, which is what prompted me to search for other suspicious play, which I very much did.

You keep talking about that game, which is completely irrelevant to the accusation. Im specifically stating they didnt necessarily cheat in mine. I defend his actions to suicide against me in our game.

Its not fun at all. Its truly sad to see people cheating like this. Id have much preferred to have found nothing suspicious.

The accusation stands. It looks very suspicious to me. These two knew exactly what they were doing, and essentially were playing 1v1s vs each other and stealing the points of whatever unfortunate third player joined their games.

I fully recognize that with some players this is bound to happen, but further think that if it always happens, they should be blocked to insure they arent cheating, which in this case, seems more than likely, and outright probable.

The fact that they pretend to hate each other, and join so many only adds to the suspicion and so far, one of them always gains points in the game.

Where in my post does it say you are guilty? All i said is that it would seem like a coincidence if one of you 2 were to win all of the games over that large of a sample. Also i am a discussion volunteer which has nothing to do with cheating and abuse so me posting here is not as a mod but as a player. Also yes you know the strategy of the game but so do I and I also know the ponzi is not that great at those games. Is it possible that you are innocent...yes but it looks suspicious from my limited research on the situation is all I'm saying. You seem to think this is slander towards you which is not the case and there is enough evidence to warrant this being looked at. If this happens he is likely to retaliate which hasn't seemed to happen in any of these games as one of the 2 of them has won every time...

Also from someone who has had charges brought against them for one of us winning 80 something percent of games we played together in when we both won >50% playing games (of the same settings) with other random people...this is the way Conquer Club operates. If you suspect someone report it and the MH's will deal with it. If you are innocent like you say then you will be found innocent simple as that but you cant say Aafitz didn't have reason to post this because this is clearly suspicious. I don't care what you say about people getting angry at each-other but if you have a chance to win a game by making a play that evens the playing field or lose a game by suiciding the player who forced you to make that play...any reasonable person is going to choose the former.

You cant win them all no matter how good you are luck will play a factor at some time in risk, the question here is if we have seen that lucky win from someone or have these wins been purely based on skill. Personally I don't know, though that said there is clearly enough evidence to suggest that this should be looked at.

In stead of quoting everyone's long winded posts, lets just run some stats on the probability of these two guys winning such a high percentage of games without working together.

Ok, I've looked through the games thoroughly, checking out chat, who got eliminated first, map ranking both of these guys against eachother, their classic ranks, etc, etc.

I believe that for all of the games, except for possibly the most recent two, they have actually been on the up and up. Most of the times they have taken each other out first. Seven is obviously a good classic map player, and ponzi, though he has a low win % on this map and in general, seems to be decent on this map with these settings. Their opponents by and large have been less than real competition compared to these two on this map/settings. Hence the reason that one or the other usually wins.

However, the last couple games, as ponzi and seven have been getting to know eachother/play against eachother on this map/settings, have seemed a little clicky. Meaning that though they are both trying to win, it appears as though they are familiar with each others game play and tend to move against the "third" player if that person's gameplay doesn't conform. I want to stress that this is just an impression, and that it is only the last two games, one of which included Fitz and the associated drama.

My researched opinion is that they haven't done anything wrong, but I would warn them against getting too.. "syncronized?" in their gameplay in this map/setting situation since they are playing together alot. I don't think they should be blocked, but I would note this. IMHO

How is there a secret diplomacy and we are "executing" the third player when the third player survives to the end in most of our games since we eliminate each other first?
