Libyan Civil War [CANCELED]

-this will be a 1v1 battle
-the settings will be chained, sunny, auto, standard, no spoils
-everything will be on the map Africa
-whoever holds both Tripoli and Libya at round 5 is the winner
-if no one does this be evaluated again 5 rounds later
-by eliminating the other player you win unless someone already held both Tripoli and Libya at round 5
-there will be 16 players
-please choose a tribe
