60 eight player doubles games (15 home per clan) Sent over three sets with each clan creating 5 per set.
All games auto deploy and sequential play order
Any Spoils (Nukes limited to 20% of home maps with gentleman agreement not to timeout to avoid spoils)
No Unlimited Reinforcements
Fog ok, Trench ok (trench no more than 7 home games)
Maps can not be used by a clan more than once.
30 round limit for all games
No Beta Maps
12 Fog Rule. If broken, team must reveal move.
No Doodle / Lux / Eurasia Mini
Max 12 games per clan member
Round Dates - July 28 / Aug 4 / Aug 11
Team order will be consistent throughout the war regardless of home clan

We probably should get official agreement on this before we get too far into the war.
A 2- or 3-team tie is not as unlikely as it might seem. I can't speak for my clan, but classic probably works as a neutral tiebreaker. Standard (ESC/CHAIN/SUN) settings?
Personally would prefer random as a tie-break but not really fussed as to which map or settings, just means using a different pair of players that suit whatever is chosen.

personally I don't see why we limited nuclear spoils but allowed so many no spoils in games with 4 teams. This is going to be a long war. Maybe we should get to know each other better.

As awesome as this war is I've realized we all picked our favorite settings for 2 teams. Maybe next round we should do more escalating spoils in future games guys for our game loads sake.

Flat or escalating spoils make better tactical games for 4 team dubs in my experience, nothing like killing your partner for his spoils then running over the map
