the conflict is clear, that is a truce between develi and me on the border between Tiwanaku and Aracama, i accepted it. Few rounds later, I hit him on another border between Tiwanaku and Chiquito (a place where develi had just taken over the round before), then not longer after, he hit me via the border we had agreed peace.

I would love to have an explanation why it is allowed, thanks a lot.

Treaties are made at the players discretion and are not enforced by the site.You can FOE a player by clicking on thier name and on thier wall you can
add as a foe to not allow them to join anymore of your games.

Breaking truces is not against the rules. It may be considered cheap tactics, but there is no rule that states you can't break a truce.

You are free to rate him accordingly and foe him if you like.

Sorry bud, but there aint no rule agin it. And you dont get sympathy from me. Cant stand those who make treaties in single player games. Stick to team games if your not good enough to fight your own wars.
