I was not going to make a comment in the thread about FALLEN missing the 6 week deadline. I thought everything had been handled internally between the 2 clans involved and an amicable solution had been reached. However, I have been asked by several people to respond, so I will.

It was brought to my attention on Monday, May 10 that FALLEN had missed the May 9 deadline for their away invites. FALLEN had misinterpreted the rules and believed creating games included sending out home invites. They came to the agreement that they would send out invites the next day. All games were filled by Wednesday the 12th. IMO this settled the issue.

Please understand that this ruling is just for this case. This does not give clans a green light or free pass to miss deadlines.

Their interpretation was home deadline means creating games and sending home invites, not creating games and leaving home teams empty. They thought they had 1 week after home teams had accepted invites.
