Hey Nucker - thanks for hosting the CC Rome tournament.

Just a quick clarification regarding ties - is it only if two players are tied at the end of the tournament that the win in under 20 rounds is looked at or is every game that lasts over 20 rounds a draw irrespective of who actually won that game...?
