1000000% agree, but I guess in Scotland they have to pay to work or something like that, like I also want CC to do better, but like the hate Craig has for the mods are just ridiculous.sdh wrote:Why all the hate for the mods?
Without them organising clans/tournaments/events/kicking multis out surely the site would be worse?
If you take away the premium and they all stop the site would be dead

Once you realize that it's basically one dude posting over and over again about the mods. As in, literally cutting and pasting his own comments into multiple threads.sdh wrote:Why all the hate for the mods?

Sounds like a planCraig25 wrote:Any improvement on CC is good, but a slight improvement in Dice fluctuation is not going to make much of a difference. The way I see it, the Top 3 priorities are:
1. Attract more Premium Players.
It's sinking? Have you seen the annual report?2. Find more Revenue for the Site in order for it to be kept a float.
Isn't that the same as number 1?3. Find more people who are prepared to pay to be a CC Member.
Do you even know how many mods get free premium? Did you just assume it was all? Here is an idea that would help a little in the short Term - MAKE ALL MODS PAY FOR PREMIUM until such times as we can grow the number of paying customers. Why should they get it free when 99% of them have stood idly by, no idea or skills to improve CC and watch Players desert the Site in Hundreds over the last Decade?

I don't see an extra 1000 Paying Customers which CC had within the last 5 years.TeeGee wrote: It's sinking? Have you seen the annual report?
No, you could charge existing Players who do not pay currently. The Mods that have been partly responsible for people leaving the site in their hundreds. I thought that was obvious.TeeGee wrote: Isn't that the same as number 1?
I don't and won't be counting. But the extra revenue would appear crucial to have a fully functioning stable website. You start cutting costs, the site gets worse. I'm not against people doing work for a year for the same cost as a board game. But when most of them do it so badly that the site is going down the toilet, I do not think it is out of the question to ask them to pay to play on the site.TeeGee wrote:Do you even know how many mods get free premium? The mods? or the idiots we allow to freely roam the forums, mouthing off with little to no knowledge of what is actually going on?Craig25 wrote:

Exactly. No one hacked his account or pretended to be him...why in hell would they want to!?!SoN!c wrote:I think the mod just made a new topic because the OP of Craig was not on topic there..
How much do you think we get paid? I think premium is $35 a year. I average a MINIMUN of 1 hour a day doing CC related stuff. That is just under $.096 a day. Damn your right Craig25, we are over paid. I have been on CC just about 20 years and a mod for about 15. If you think I am doing this for the premium you are dead wrong. I do this probably for the same reason you do. I like the site, the game and most of the players.Craig25 wrote:Any improvement on CC is good, but a slight improvement in Dice fluctuation is not going to make much of a difference.
