Whatever is being done to fix things doesn't last very long. It feels like connection pools get all used up then at some point they crash and everyone can connect and play again, them slowly builds up and crashes and restarts, over and over.
Regardless I think this might be my first time saying - If this doesn't get fixed soon my premium will be left and I'll exit the site after current things are done. It's painful to play turns/ try to login when you have time.
yeah, i almost never complain about lag or stuff but its getting so bad this is really unplayable. i normally play during work or coffee at home in the morning and i can barely get a turn or two in let alone play the backlog, and then it timing out and freezing and lagging is causing many additional errors and losing games that i typically wouldn't be making. its aggravating, i would rather have a week total pause and upgrade with zero turns played then 6 months of painful play

Yeah, take the site down for whatever time needed to fix this, or multiple people I know directly are gonna get fed up and leave. Hopefully that's all that's needed and it's not an issue with some change to the code/connections itself.
If it is, need to find some revert fast. Hopefully it's a hosting issue.

Totally agree. I'm getting fed up and have been intentionally starting less games. If it keeps up, it will be time to walk away.

I agree with Preston and it's been good for the last 2 days as far as I can tell but if it keeps happening again I think we all would prefer taking the site down until it's fixed. I don't know if that would help, I did a bit of coding many years ago so I know enough to know that I know nothing but... yea
I don't know if it is lag or not, but I am having connections issues with joining one specific game? All others load fine but this one keeps bugging out
Lag is getting ridiculous, virtually unplayable. Site becoming more frustrating than fun. Becoming a regular bug. Won't be renewing my subscription unless it gets sorted. UNPLAYABLE

Like I agree with every one that is angry, I hate it myself.
I personally could "forgive" the problems, if there was communications from up above, but there really is close to nothing, and thats just super frustrating.
We had that update a month ago, and we still live with tons of bugs, but the lag is worse, yesterday I used 50min on a turn I would usually take in 2-3 min.....
Highscore : 4349 Date : 17.6.12 Rank : 6 Date : 13.6.12
Highscore after comeback : 3985 Date : 18.7.25 Rank : 9 Date : 18.7.25
If it's this bad with only 188 users online, what's it going to be like with a thousand or more? It seems worse today than yesterday. One thing that may help - don't auto-refresh the screen for a player taking their turn in a sequential speed game. I don't think it's necessary, and it would cut down site traffic (although I suspect the issue is deeper than that).
Utterly unplayable for the last 2 days. I've got 6 months left on my subscription, how do I get a partial refund. This site no longer fit for purpose and it looks like you just don't give a F*ck
