Whatever happened to Koolbak??

he left a game i was in via suicide and i never saw him again. he was also really helpful in the forums when i first got here.

i really miss that doberman with the sunglasses.

koolbak said he was not going to post in the forums ever again. he did say he would play if he is pm'd and invited to play.

i've been in a few games with him and, that's what he said.

thats the reason he left? I hate to say this but you guys really are a$$ holes for not trying to really help him instead of just dropping sarcasm all day. He has a valid point when he said that he didnt feel valued when his topic was moved. If that happened to me, i would think about leaving too.....

i played a game with koolbak yesterday. and it is not the fault of wicked or ak. it was koolbak. i tried to offer advice, and things to help solve problem, but kb did not want to listen. i love my games with kb, but it is a stupid arugement. and a stupid reason to be angry. but im glad that kb didnt leave.

I've stuck with KoolBak thru this, as have all his good friends, (those who knew what had happened) and he is indeed playing and enjoying games with a select group. Im sure he would appreciate knowing there is this kind of support here for him......but...whether it ended up being a pissing contest or not, he's a man of his word, and therefore never did see the end of the original thread. If he had, he'd have known that those involved sorta tried to "play nice" without losing face. I agree it go's both ways when this crap happens...but .......I feel those in a position of "power" should exercise a little more "leadership/tolerance/and class" because of their position.

CC didn't lose a valuable and well respected member....but those who could have benefited from his knowledge and willingness to help strangers did. And so did the Forums.

Maybe I had a premonition about this new thread...I even changed my avatar to reflect my feelings........for now anyway.

hwhrhett give your head a shake. I somewhat agree getting angry over a board is a little silly but it happens.

What ever the reason even if you think it's rediculas it's valid for koolbak.

He probably got to thinking the board was important and he was a member, therefore feeling like he was spending time with people he liked.

Then he realised something was skewed about that.

It doesn't matter what his exact concept of what happened is, to call it stupid is wrong.

I do note that you also supported wicked and ak so I'm not just jumping you.

its silly and stupid, and threads like this just propaghate the hate, we all love cc, and inevitably everybody cant get along with everybody, but its stupid.

my girlfriend is mad at our roommate for leaving q-tips next to the sink. i think its just as stupid as this is.

Stupid is a verb not a noun?

I just wanted to get that concept moving forward too.

I agree getting emotional over the internet is stupid, and it doesn't mean the person is.

Wow, didn't realize this was even a "thing" with him. I've known Koolbak longer than most of you, but I won't comment on how he may have acted, as that's water under the bridge. I've joked with Koolbak ever since I met him, that thread was no different. All I'll say is I'm accused everyday of playing favorites just for talking to people in chat, games, forum, etc..., then I'm bitched at for not playing favorites or showing preferential treatment. I don't care, I have a thick skin, if you want to flame me, head to the Flame Wars. I treat everyone the same, whether they're premium or not.

p.s... it's just a game.

well then, maybe you need to see why that is so disgusting leaving dirty bacteria carrying qtips for someone else to touch or cleanup after. That's just being a pig.

i too stick with Kool and, i can't judge you Hw but, he's a grown man and when you get your degree in psychology let us all know.
