Something is fishy about keeperofsouls' game play in South America, and ZimtheStoopid's game play in Canada. For several rounds keeperofsouls has forfeited moving his 15 troops from Bogota into Canada, not only to stop ZimtheStoopid from controlling Canada and gaining bonus troops, but he has also forfeited gaining soils for no apparent reason... Please tell me if this is some sort of strategy, or collusion...

A few rounds ago yellow did venture north of the border and orange pushed him back. Now yellow is trying to build again. Yellow also has you building to his east so why should he break orange and maybe weaken himself. Looking at the troop count not taking a card hasn't hurt yellow compared to the rest. I don't see and SD here. keeperofsouls and ZimtheStoopid are CLEARED.
