I have no real dog in this fight, but based on my limited experience, and the names, Imma go with the steelers.
I swear I'm not hating, but I watched a bit of American sport when I was a younger american hater, I mean, lover of sport. And I find it real difficult to get into American sports, there's so much standing around. I like team sports that are fluid, freeflowing, sports that require you to think on your feet without breaks every ten seconds.
It's amazing how after all this time the two troll topics that still rile me up are subjective opinions on sports, and subjective opinions on music. Allow me to be the first to say to all of you that non-American opinions on American football are more mind-numbing and trite than any feelings you might feel while watching the sport. Seriously, we have heard your meandering, vacuous bitching about timing (of all the things by which to be put off) as much as you've heard our morons talk about how nothing actually happens in international football. Do us all a favor and stfu and gtfo. You aren't clever. Go away.

My post was trolling? Really, imbecile? I know many non-americans who religiously watch American football, and have indepth knowledege on the subject. But I suppose not being american their opinions, by default are trite and mindnumbing, wanker.

So I am actually watching the game at the moment...
Can someone explain why #36 for Green Bay got an 'unsportsman like' penalty against him after he intercepted the pass and scored the touch down? The commentators said something about him going to ground during his celebration? But from what I can tell, these players practice celebrations as much as their plays...

Nah dog. I was actually bitching in general, but more specifically to radiojake, with whom I'm slightly aquainted. Cool story though, bitch.

I don't get it
Stupid new rule about excessive celebration. And depending on who the refs are, that will decide if it is excessive or not.

There was either a delay between the audio and visual feeds, or that was the worst attempt at miming that I have ever seen in my life. I turned off the TV, and I am going to assume that Green Bay will hold their lead for the 2nd half

They should have just let Slash play his guitar the entire time and everybody else gone away.
Agreed.
Really though, was it just me or did Fox completely shit the bed with the audio? I mean, I admit that I like a few Black Eyed Peas songs, but during Sweet Child O' Mine all you could here was Fergie raping my ears with her horrendous voice. I couldn't hear Slash at all.

Trip and I said the exact same thing about the audio - sucked bollocks.
