In defense of the accused the map is not necessarily challenging and is rather small so the manual deployment would not appear to be that much of a hindrance. Also a one on one freestyle game is normally very similar to a standard one on one game so it does not appear out of the question that for the accused to win. So far the player in question has completed five games and has only won one which is the game listed in the report. The win percentage does not appear to be suspicious and the accused only won the game after ronc8649 missed three consecutive turns.

This is not the only online Risk-type game out there. Manual deployment is a fairly common feature.
