Oh please. If a hotdog's a sandwich, then so are kebabs and hamburgers.CBlake wrote:patches70 wrote:This is not a sandwich-

interesting analysis
Hamburgers are definitely sandwiches. When you go to Burger King and ask for a Whopper or whatever, the girl at the window says "Just the sandwich, or the combo?" Clearly their training classifies all burgers as sandwiches.waauw wrote:

I'll make you a fist sandwich.IcePack wrote:Hot dogs are not a sandwich
Why? Because it's simply a different kind of bread? Or is it because it's a different kind of meat?Dukasaur wrote:Kebabs? Not the same thing at all.
Maybe we're talking about something different. Kebabs to me don't involve any kind of bread. They are pieces of meat and peppers impaled on a stick.waauw wrote:Why? In much of Europe they are served in a pita wrap like a Donair here. Sure, I can get a platter with Donair meat, no pita, but if I said, "Hey lets get donairs." I think you would expect it to be served in pita bread.Dukasaur wrote:Maybe we're talking about something different. Kebabs to me don't involve any kind of bread. No, on Donair, if they're overbooked they make you an offer you can't refuse or you find a horse's head in your seat. If you try to leave the flight, they drag you back in.mrswdk wrote:Donair? Is that one of those American airlines that overbooks and then beats up passengers when it wants them to get off?
Yeah, a donair is a wrap, so of course if you serve donair meat without the pita wrapping it's not a donair any more.2dimes wrote:In much of Europe they are served in a pita wrap like a Donair here. A donair kabob2dimes wrote:No, donairs are Canadian, like a kabob
