Ok, I have my account auto pay every quarter...so far ok.
Lost a bet to mrswdk so I went to the gift store or whatever you call it here at CC. You guys following me so far? So I placed mrswdk on the username to buy him a quarterly premium, but I received instead.....then I tried again and it awarded me again!
Yes, I filed an e ticket yesterday and I get the fukkking bot message that they will get back to me.
Can anyone here pull some damn strings and pull a quarterly premium from my account?
The reply basically tells me to purchase yet another 3 month premium so I can upgrade mrswdk.
I have a 3 month auto pay every 3 months and tried upgrading mrswdk twice which cost me 6 months....
My reply: I have a revolving auto pay with you guys every 3 months. I ended up buying 2 more 3 month premiums. I hope you guys can transfer at least 3 months premium to the player: mrswdk
Please don't bleed me for another 3 months premium. You guys don't make it easy for gift giving. Please help me out here.

....and let's make this clear, I never gave them permission to auto pay my account. I love the game, so I didn't cry about this sort of underhanded business practice.
C'mon CC do what's right and take 3 or even the total of 6 months I overpaid and upgrade mrswdk!

There is only one person who handles membership issues, and that is the support admin, King Achilles. He rarely reads the forums so posting here is a waste of time. File an eticket through the Help desk: http://support.conquerclub.com/

There have been problems in the past about what mrsdwk spends money on, and Duk was one of the people to flag that kind of content. The issue ha been mostly resolved, as far as I can tell, bit there may still be questions about it. I wouldn't be surprised if Duk still wanted a firebreak between CC and mrsdwk though.
