Liz Truss - who is bookmakers' favourite to become Prime Minister after Boris is ousted in September - has been recorded praising the 'skill and application' of foreign workers while also saying that British workers lacked 'graft' due to their 'mindset and attitude':
This is a welcome acknowledgement that foreign workers should be given priority for British jobs and that Brexit Britain is finally open for international business!

If this poster was your only example, you may draw the conclusion that not only are volume/productivity not equivalent; but that they are actually inversely proportional.

Power hungry much?
I originally added a sentence defending British people, he deleted it and sent me a DM saying British people do not deserve any support. And I have to say that on reflection I agree.

If by "lazy" you mean "wants maximum return for minimum effort" then the simple fact is that ALL people are lazy. It's the basic instinct that underlies the profit motive: get more out of life than you put into it, and it's what we are all seeking.
First world people just seem lazier that others because they have become habituated to an easier life. But bring someone from Arrakis to Earth and he will soon be as fat and lazy as the rest of us.

She didn't make a distinction between people from high-, medium- and low-income countries, she was simply making a distinction between 'British' and 'foreign'.
The implication being that German, Swedish and even Italian people are also more industrious than the average Brit.
