Account Sitting

I would like a clarification of the sitting rules.

If someone is sitting on an account for another, are they be allowed to direct traffic in the game and make plans with other players? I thought that the whole point of account sitting was to make sure a player didn't db out of the game, and only to make sure the player doesn't db.

Account sitting was a big deal a few years ago. From what I recall about the matter it was related to clans, not the whole CC universe. I would imagine the same rules would apply site wide. What do I know?

After discussion with C&A, we are of the opinion that communication with the account sitter is allowed in Game Chat only as stated in the community guidelines

Well, alrighty then.... I am not of a mind to 'rat' out a fellow player. I had already voiced my objection in the game to his interference, directing players as a sub. I do not believe this player intentionally wanted to break any rulz. He was not a current player in the game, but he was a defeated player in the game. Alas it was not I who defeated him. After being away for so long, I did not want to overstep my usual brand of bullshit without asking for clarification..... Thnx.
